Innserve Announces Completion of Britvic Contract

Further to the announcement in November of last year that Innserve and Britvic were entering contractual negotiations for the provision of maintenance and installation services in a number of areas we are pleased to announce that these negotiations have been successfully concluded with the award of a 5 year contract.

Commenting on this moment, Joe Gosney – Technical Service Controller at Britvic said

We’ve made a tough decision to apply a different model to service delivery in the specified geographies and I am now delighted that after a conducive and cordial contract negotiation, we have formalised the boundaries and expectations of both parties. The transfer of service provision will happen on 20 February 2012.
