Innserve currently employs 282 in-house technicians working a shifted operation, the map demonstrates the unique national and comprehensive maintenance cover offered from our own direct workforce, from 9am to 9pm 365 days a year.
To complement our internal workforce, we are working with a network of contracted service providers who augment our coverage with up to 450 additional technicians providing mainly installation support.

Supply Chain for equipment

The Sunderland Warehouse is 35,000 square feet and houses an operation for the supply and return of equipment. There are over 1 million items with over  3,000 different part numbers held covering all major beer and cider brands with issues to technicians other brewers and contractors valued between £2.5m - £3m each month. Around 900 orders are issued each week with order completeness currently at 98%.

Technical Innovation

Innserve operates an independent technical engineering resource with dedicated staff. This allows us to undertake trials and the testing of equipment in our test facility such that novel solutions & dispense products can be fully evaluated in closely monitored conditions. We can offer technical expertise in any scenario and can think laterally about those solutions in the industry.
