Any bank holiday week means reduced delivery timescales as normal delivery weeks are compressed into a much smaller time windows. If hot weather is on the cards plan your deliveries, stock and preventive actions by using the tips below to make sure your bar keeps on dispensing. Planning for drinks dispense should be completed at least four weeks before a key holiday or major national event so that the actual peak time can be left to concentrate on the vital trading period - i.e. selling!
