Our team of customer service representatives, based at our head office in Tadcaster, is experienced at minimising downtime for our customers and driving efficiency in our service.
Each one of the 450,000 calls the team receives annually is automatically prioritised to the most appropriate member of the team, with experienced managers on-hand to provide insight and direction when required.
Highly trained, our customer service team is capable of diagnosing problems and recommending fixes to basic issues, whilst, with more complex difficulties, a technician is contacted and advised to make an on-site visit. We plan and manage technician activity on a constant basis, to ensure we meet all our customers’ and partners' requirements.
We provide advice and liaison for our partners at all stages of the installation process to keep them fully informed and discuss the best options for their needs.
