James Knight
Chief Executive Officer
James was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Innserve in January 2022 and has significant experience in both consumer-orientated and B2B businesses.
He joined Innserve from the RAC, the UK's number 1 breakdown business, where he was COO for 5 years, responsible for the service delivery to 2 million customers each year. Prior to this, James held senior positions in William Hill and O2/Telefonica, having begun his career in the banking industry.
Rachel Braddock
Chief People Officer
Rachel joined Innserve in early 2023 following an extensive HR career, most recently working for Glen Dimplex as their People & Culture Director. Rachel has worked in many different business sectors during her HR career, and enjoys leading and developing strategic and operational people plans to drive change and improvement in organisations. Rachel is motivated by challenging and fast-paced environments, being a key member of senior leadership teams to deliver business strategy and objectives.
Kieran Delaney
Group Operations Director
Kieran is the Group Operations Director and has responsibility for both the Field Operation and our Customer Service Centre covering over 500 field technicians and 150 colleagues based in Tadcaster.
A passionate believer in exceptional service, Kieran has been with Innserve since its inception in 2004 holding a variety of operational and leadership roles before joining the Innserve Executive team as Director of IT in 2016. Kieran became Group Operations Director in 2022 and brings a customer orientated focus and a dedication to strong colleague engagement.
Paul Bowen
Chief Financial Officer
Paul has joined Innserve from VIVO Defence Services, where he worked as a senior finance professional for many years. He has Director-level experience in service-led joint ventures, having worked with VIVO and Merseyrail.
He brings with him extensive knowledge of similar organisations and the challenges they face, as well as the opportunities they offer. Among his key achievements, Paul has played a significant role in the rapid growth of VIVO in the defence facilities management sector.
